In 2001, I built the public service website When Terror Strikes for which I received the Public Service Award in 2003 from the Kansas Psychological Association. This Website is it's recreation. Since that time, we have seen children in our world have to deal with other Disasters [Hurricanes, Floods, Earthquakes], and the Pandemic.
